Graduate Assistant Parking Permits Spring 2021

Spring 2021 permits for graduate assistants will go on sale online at 11:00 a.m. today, Jan. 6, 2021. All GA permits are for the perimeter area which allows for parking in zones 32, 33 or 36 at any time. The zone map is available on the Transportation Services website - https://park.louisiana.edu/registration/zone-listing-and-map. There are a limited number of permits available at this time. To purchase a permit online, log into your ULINK account, select Campus Services and then select access my parking account in the Transportation Services section of the webpage. A permit purchase is complete once payment has been made and an email confirmation of the transaction is received. If the email confirmation is not received, the transaction did not complete and a permit was not purchased.

GAs who had a permit for the spring 2020 are eligible for a 25% credit toward the purchase of a fall 2020 or spring 2021 permit. Individuals who did not use their credit for the fall 2020 permit will see two options for spring 2021 permits on their parking accounts once permits sales are activated. One permit option will have a price of $30 which reflects the 25% credit applied to the final price and one with a price of $40 which is the full price. Simply select the $30 option if that option shows. If you do not see the $30 option and believe you are eligible for the credit, please check the permit listing in your parking portal to make sure you purchased a spring 20 permit and then check to see if you purchased your fall 20 permit using that credit. After checking both of these and you believe you should be eligible for the credit for the spring 21 permit, please send an email mail to geauxpark@louisiana.edu with a subject line of “check credit eligibility” to have us double check your records. The 25% credit for the spring 20 permit is only available through March 15, 2021.

If a permit is not purchased for either semester, individuals may request a $10 refund by sending an email mail to geauxpark@louisiana.edu with “refund request” in the subject line.  A refund request form will be sent to you to complete and return prior to the deadline. The 25% credit or refund for the spring 20 permit is only available through March 15, 2021.
