Employee annual permits and student semester permits will go on sale as follows:

Parking permit sales for Girard Park Circle Parking Tower will open at midnight (12 a.m.) September 9th to all students, faculty and staff. Fall 2020 semester permits will sell for $325 until sold out.

Girard Tower permits allow parking on floors 3-6 and is guaranteed parking on all class days. Permits will be active through 12/20/2020. This is not a night permit for parking elsewhere on campus.

Permits may be purchased online or in person.
Online Purchases:
1. Log in to your ULink account. Click on Campus Services on the left side of the webpage and then Access My Parking Account in the Transportation Services section of the page.
2. Scroll down on the Parking Account Main webpage to select Get Permit and proceed as directed on each page to complete the purchase process.
3. A confirmation of your transaction will be emailed to your university email address. No confirmation receipt means the purchase was not completed and there is no active permit affiliated with your vehicle.

In Person Purchases:
The Transportation Services office is located at 619 McKinley Street, Suite 100 in the Olivier Parking tower.
Office hours are 7:30am-4:45pm M-Th and 7:30am-12:15pm Fri.
Masks are required in our office and social distancing measures allow 4 customers in the lobby at any time. Payment options include credit/debit cards and money orders. Cash and checks are no longer accepted.
