Fall 2020 semester is finally here! The residential students will begin moving back onto campus starting Monday, August 10 through Sunday, August 16. Several changes to campus parking will be needed to accommodate the traffic each of these days.

August 9-16:

The Girard Park Circle Parking Tower will be closed for all parking Sunday, August 9 through Sunday, August 16. This area will be restricted to use for required screening prior to accessing the residential buildings. Alternate parking will be available in zone 15/EK Long.

August 12-16:

Olivier Parking Garage: Olivier will be closed for all parking Wednesday, Aug 12 through Sunday, Aug 16 due to reversed traffic flow for the students moving into Huger and Baker Halls. Employees with zone 22 permits should plan to park in zone 15/EK Long lot for the entire day Wednesday, Aug 12 through Sunday, Aug 16

Zone 8: employees with zone 8 permits should plan to park in zone 15/EK Long lot for the entire day Wednesday, Aug 12 through Sunday, Aug 16

Lobby Hours:

August 10 -14: Lobby opens with abbreviated hours: Monday- Friday: 7:30 am- 12pm (closed 12-1 pm) and Monday- Thursday: 1:00 – 4:30 pm

August 17: Lobby returns to normal hours: Monday-Thursday: 7:30 am- 4:45 pm; Friday: 7:30 am-12:15 pm. Social distancing will be expected and masks will be required in the lobby. The small size of our lobby will probably require a line outside the building.
