Residential students please note the following changes for residential parking permits: The expiration date for all spring 2019 residential student parking permits has been extended through Sunday, June 2. The summer 2019 permits will go on sale Monday, June 3. The price is $20 for a residential summer permits.

Student Aide and Graduate Assistant parking permits for the summer 2109 semester will go on sale Wednesday, May 15. For summer 2019 semester only, Zone 15 (E K Long) will have a limited supply of permits opened to student aides and graduate assistants. Other available zones will include zone 32, 33 and 36 for the summer semester. If a zone does not show up in the list of available permits, this indicates it is sold out and individuals should choose from another zone on the list. The price is $20 for these summer permits. Commuter student permits for Cajun Field or the Girard Parking Tower are currently available for purchase. The Cajun Field Commuter permit is free but must be obtained every semester. The Girard Parking Tower permits are $100 and allow parking on floors 3-6 in that garage only.

Purchase your parking permit online or at the Office of Transportation Services. To purchase online:

-  Log into ULink at https://ulink.louisiana.edu.

-  On the Campus Services tab, in the Parking and Transportation section, click the Access My Parking Account link. Select Get Permits and follow the prompts.

-  Your permit is successfully purchased when you receive a confirmation email to your University-issued email address. If you do not receive confirmation, contact the Office of Transportation Services at geauxpark@louisiana.edu.

Purchase your permit at the Office of Transportation Services at 619 McKinley St., suite 100. You must have your student ID, vehicle registration, and payment. Payments accepted include debit/credit card, money order, and Cajun Cash. Checks and cash are not accepted.

 

Handicap Parking Permits

Individuals registering for handicap parking must do so in person at the Office of Transportation Services. Vehicle registration, driver's license, placard/hangtag, and mobility card are required.

 

Office of Transportation Services Hours

The office is open from 7:30 a.m. until 4:45 p.m. Monday through Thursday, and from 7:30 a.m. until 12:15 p.m. on Friday.
