Adjunct Fall 2018 Permits

Fall 2018 permit sales will open online at 5 p.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 15, for individuals classified by the university as an adjunct. This semester the available zones include zone 33 and zone 32. View the zones on a map. Parking is allowed in either zone regardless of which permit is purchased. If one lot is full at the time you arrive, please proceed to the other lot. Permits are valid for one semester.

Beginning Monday, Aug. 20, a continuous on-campus shuttle will be on route 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday – Thursday and 7a.m. to 3 p.m. on Friday. The shuttle will start daily at zone 36 and will have multiple drop off/pick up locations on campus. To view the shuttle route, go to http://ulgeauxride.com/ and select the On-Campus Shuttle route. Click on the purple circles on the route to view the shuttle stop locations.

Permits may also be purchased in the Office of Transportation Services from 7:30 a.m. to 4:45 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 7:30 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. on Friday. Bring your UL ID, vehicle registration or license plate number and debit/ credit card, Cajun Cash or money order. Cash and checks are not accepted. Permits are $40 for the Fall 2018 semester.

Graduate Assistant Fall 2018 Permits

Graduate assistants may purchase Fall 2018 permits in zone 36 online beginning at 12:01 a.m. on Thursday, Aug. 16. This lot will be shared with student aides with limited availability for permits. Permits will be sold on a first come first serve basis with limited availability. Any graduate assistant who does not purchase a permit prior to sell out will need to get a commuter permit at Cajun Field and use the transit system to get to and from campus. Permits may also be purchased in the Office of Transportation Services from 7:30 a.m. to 4:45 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 7:30 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. on Friday. Student Aide Fall 2018 Permits

Student aides may purchase Fall 2018 permits online beginning at 12:01 a.m. on Thursday, Aug. 16. Available zones will include zone 23S (gravel lot behind Parker Hall) or zone 36 (also known as the Cherry Street lot and accessed from Brooks Street due to construction at the bus yard.)

Permits will be sold on a first come first serve basis with limited availability. Any student aide who does not purchase a permit prior to sell out will need to get a commuter permit at Cajun Field and use the transit system to get to and from campus. View transit times, locations and trackers.
